Staff Requirements

To be a Quest Staff member you must:

1. Be a registered adult Scouter (18 or older)
2. Be willing to commit for one week (preferably two)
3. Pass the High Adventure Physical Exam (BSA Personal Health and Medical Record Form---Class 3)
4. Be in good physical condition (able to do strenuous activities at 10,000 feet elevation)
5. Have backpacking experience
6. Enjoy coaching/instructing 14-17 year old Scouts
